Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at h.andrei.ahmad@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, and we will make it right.

European Union - 14 day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return window.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
